Here at Kessler we all LOVE a good library book! As a parent of young children, Dr. Knickerbocker’s current favorite books are often whatever she’s reading to/with her youngsters. Her daughter, Gia, 3, has started to ask questions about differences among people, whether it be their gender or skin color. We know it is never too early to teach kids about diversity, to be anti-racist, and to accept all as they are. Their nightly reading has included feminist and anti-racist books from day one! We encourage everyone to revisit their local library for those favorite reads, for special adult and children programming, and to show your support for the hardworking staffs/boards trying to keep all of our access to a variety of topics open and FREE!
